The Merlin Heritage Collection seamlessly blends classic styling with modern protection to create a versatile selection of motorcycle clothing. Merlin Shenstone II Cotec Air Jacket
The Shenstone II is a versatile jacket for both wet and hot rides. For those wet rides, a highly waterproof and breathable 15k/10k membrane lining works to keep riders dry. Then for those dry and warm days, detach the lining and the technical waxed cotton upper which has been combined with large air mesh ventilation panels, provide maximum airflow. Shenstone II has lots of fit adjustment, subtle branding, many usable pocket. To top it off, five pieces of D3O® armour is pre-fitted. Improvements over the original include the spec of lining, armour fitment against the arms, larger mesh panels, a fold back collar hoop and even better refinement in the overall quality of finish and fit.
Caring for your Shenstone II Cotec Air jacket
To care for your wax cotton jacket, begin by lightly brushing off any dirt or soil, and use a cold damp cloth if necessary to wipe down the jacket. Clean it in this way regularly to maintain its appearance, but don’t be too harsh as the wax will be removed. You can re-wax the jacket with our Merlin Wax Cotton Tin when it loses its waxed finish and water begins to soak into the cotton rather than bead off.
